This has been a great help in assisting Dad to stay in his home independently. He is able to contact us in an emergency and when he has a fall we are notified. The ability to loop the calls should one of us not hear the call is fantastic as it will keep going until one of us do answer. It also provides us with a message to notify us of the battery running low so that can remind him to charge his watch. The staff were extremely helpful and listened to all of dads wishes. Thank you

Very happy with Mums MediFone. Discreet for Mum to wear and really easy for Mum to operate. Has given Mum and us peace of mind that she is able to contact us at any time and we are able to find her with the GPS coordinates that are sent to us via SMS.

Since wearing the Guardian Safety Pendant 2 months ago I can't believe how much my life has improved.I no longer fear falling, at home and no-one finding me (I do live alone). My husband needed a safety alarm urgently. He had experienced falls and was suffering from fairly long-standing dementia. Luckily Guardian was recommended to us and would be accepted under the guidelines of our care group. We first of all thought that a watch would be the best device, but on trial found that my husband could not manage to work with it because of problems with hands etc. The watch was taken back with no problems and we then asked for a pendant. This fitted our requirements perfectly and at all times we were treated with courtesy and assistance by the staff that we had contacted. All is now going well and we are very pleased that our husband and father is now much safer.
